Resize a signature
Application forms usually demand a signature at precise pixel dimensions and under a specific file size. Set both here, tidy up the background, and download a file that fits.
Your file is processed on your device and is never uploaded.

Frequently asked questions
What size should my signature be?
It depends entirely on the form. Common requirements are 140×60 pixels between 10 and 20 KB, or 300×80 pixels under 50 KB. The form’s instructions are the only reliable source — enter whatever it specifies.
How do I get a clean signature image?
Sign in black or dark blue ink on unlined white paper, photograph it straight on in bright, even daylight without a shadow across the page, then raise the threshold here until the background goes fully white.
Should I use JPG or PNG?
Follow the form. If it does not say, JPG is the safer default because every system accepts it. PNG gives cleaner edges on line art and can be smaller for a simple black-on-white signature.
