Email hello@pdfimagetools.com. There is no contact form here on purpose — a form would need somewhere to send your message, and this site does not have a server to send it to.

Reporting a file that will not process

These are the most useful reports we get, and also the hardest problems to find on our own. Please include:

• Which tool you were using, and what you were trying to do.
• Your browser and operating system, including versions if you can find them.
• The file's format and roughly how large it was.
• What happened, including the exact wording of any error message.

Please do not attach the file itself in your first email — it may contain personal information, and we would rather not receive it. If we cannot reproduce the problem from your description we will ask, and you can decide then.

Requesting a tool

Tell us the actual task rather than the tool name. "I need to get a scanned form under 2 MB for a council website" tells us far more than "add a compressor", and often the answer is that an existing tool already does it and we have described it badly.

Reporting a photo specification error

If a passport or visa size on this site does not match the current official requirement, please tell us and include a link to the authority's own page. We will correct it.

Security

If you have found a security issue, email the address above with "security" in the subject line and please give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it before disclosing it publicly.
